摘　　要：针对长跑运动爱好者对运动鞋垫功能性和舒适性的需求,利用人体表面肌电、红外热成像、足底压力对足底各个区域的生理信息进行科学分析,对人体穿着不同特性的运动鞋垫下生理数据的变化进行实验探究,为长跑恢复性功能鞋垫的改良方案提供理论支撑与验证。研究结果表明:适合长跑运动的功能恢复鞋垫应在足跟与跖骨区增加回弹与减震效果,鞋垫对足弓部分给予一定的支撑力,并提高足弓内侧及跖骨区的透气性和散热性。该研究改良制作的新型功能性运动鞋垫能够有效降低运动疲惫感、增强足部舒适性。Aiming at the needs of long-distance running enthusiasts for the function and comfort of sports insole,the physiological information of each region of the sole was scientifically analyzed by using human surface myoelectric,infrared thermal imaging and plantar pressure,and the changes of physiological data under sports insole with different characteristics were experimentally explored,providing theoretical support and verification for the improvement plan of the insole with restoring function for long-distance running.The results show that the functional recovery insoles suitable for long-distance running should increase the rebound and shock absorption effect in the heel and metatarsal area,provide certain support for the arch part of the foot,and improve the permeability and heat dissipation of the medial arch and metatarsal area.The new functional sports insole improved by the research can effectively reduce the fatigue of sports and enhance the comfort of feet.
