摘 要:生理学是一门研究生命活动规律的学科,尤其在高职生理学教育中,其核心在于构建生命体征维持与环境适应的知识框架。然而,当前高职生理学教学存在内容繁杂、理论深度不足、职业导向性缺失等问题。为此,教师可通过优化课程模块化设计,注重生命体征与适应的系统协作;引入环境适应调节机制,深化基础理论;结合职业实践情境,加强教学内容的职业应用,最终实现提升学生知识系统性、学术深度及职业胜任力的目标。Physiology is a discipline that studies the laws of life activities.Especially in higher vocational physiology education,its core lies in constructing a knowledge framework for the maintenance of vital signs and environmental adaptation.However,current higher vocational physiology teaching has problems such as complex content,insufficient theoretical depth,and lack of vocational orientation.Therefore,teachers can optimize the modular design of the curriculum,focus on the systematic cooperation of vital signs and adaptation;introduce the regulatory mechanisms of environmental adaptation to deepen basic theories;and combine vocational practice scenarios to strengthen the vocational application of teaching content.Ultimately,the goals of improving students'knowledge systematization,academic depth,and vocational competence can be achieved.
