摘 要:在现代职业教育体系中,如何培养既具备扎实理论基础,又能够胜任实践操作的高技能应用型人才,是高职院校面临的重要课题。特别是在水利工程测量这一实践性强、行业需求旺盛的领域,传统教学模式中理论与实践脱节的问题,已严重制约人才培养质量和学生职业竞争力的提升。文章为破解这一难题,以水利工程测量专业为切入点,探索“工学结合”模式在专业人才培养中的应用与实践,旨在为提升高职教育教学质量和适应行业需求的技能型人才培养提供新思路和新方法。In the modern vocational education system,how to cultivate high skilled applied talents who have solid theoretical foundations and are capable of practical operations is an important issue faced by vocational colleges.Especially in the field of water conservancy engineering surveying,which is highly practical and in high demand in the industry,the problem of the disconnect between theory and practice in traditional teaching models has seriously constrained the quality of talent cultivation and the improvement of students'professional competitiveness.The article aims to solve this problem by taking the water conservancy engineering surveying major as the starting point,exploring the application and practice of the"combination of engineering and technology"model in professional talent cultivation,with the aim of providing new ideas and methods for improving the teaching quality of higher vocational education and cultivating skilled talents that meet industry needs.
