摘  要:“联动两翼·协同五方”模式是现代教育中探索全人格培养路径的一种创新实践模式。文章分析了南昌市第三中学(简称南昌三中)的教育实践,系统探讨了“联动两翼·协同五方”模式的构建及其实施路径,包括明确育人航标并强化健康教育方向,强调通过自主锻炼提升学生自控能力,实施团体协作以培养团队互动意识,发挥家校统筹实现主导合作,推动协同育人促进家校联动,引入社会补充资源拓展教育支撑,实现教育资源的高效整合与全方位育人,推动学生在学业、品格和社会适应性等方面的全面健康成长。The"Two-Wing Linkage and Five-Party Collaboration"model is an innovative practice model for exploring the path of holistic personality cultivation in modern education.This paper analyzes the educational practice of No.3 Middle School of Nanchang,and systematically explores the construction and implementation path of the"Two-Wing Linkage and Five-Party Collaboration"model.It includes clarifying the educational navigation mark and strengthening the direction of health education,emphasizing the improvement of students'self-control ability through independent exercise,implementing group cooperation to cultivate the awareness of team interaction,giving play to the overall planning of family and school to achieve dominant cooperation,promoting collaborative education to facilitate the linkage and assistance between family and school,introducing social supplementary resources to expand educational support,achieving the efficient integration of educational resources and all-round education,and promoting the comprehensive and healthy growth of students in terms of academics,character,and social adaptability.
