专创融合视域下高职机电类专业高技能人才培育路径探索

摘　　要：如何培养出社会经济发展所需的创新型技能人才,是新时代赋予职业院校的历史使命。现阶段,高职机电类专业存在专业课与创新创业教育独立教学,人才培养方案、课程体系设计与企业需求存在脱钩,“双创”师资力量薄弱等问题,使高职教育失去活力与新颖性,更不利于人才培养质量的提升。为提高高职机电类专业高技能人才培养质量,应从加强人才培育路径顶层设计出发,从采用创新性的教学理念开展教学设计与多元化教学评价、产教融合创新实践平台搭建、人才培养机制创新、“双创”教师队伍建设等维度纵深推进教育教学改革,促进专业教育与“双创”教育融合,激发学生的创新思维和学习能力。对培养高职机电类专业高素质技能人才具有重要的实际意义。How to train the innovative skills needed for the development of social economy is the historical mission given to vocational colleges in the new era.In view of the independent teaching of electromechanical courses and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational education at the present stage,there are problems such as decoupling of talent training program and topic system design from the needs of enterprises,and the weakness of“double innovation”teachers,which makes higher vocational education lose vitality and novelty,and is not conducive to the improvement of talent training quality.In order to improve the training quality of highly skilled talents for vocational and mechanical engineering majors,this paper starts from strengthening the top-level design of the talent cultivation path,adopts innovative teaching concepts to carry out teaching design and diversified teaching evaluation,the construction of innovative practice platforms for the integration of production and education,the innovation of talent training mechanism,and the construction of“double and creative”teachers,etc.,and deeply promotes education and teaching reform.Promote the integration of professional education and“mass innovation”education to stimulate students’innovative thinking and learning ability.It is of great practical significance to train high quality talents of electromechanical specialty in higher vocational colleges.
