“三全育人”理念指导下学生农机社团的组织发展与管理研究

摘　　要：“三全育人”理念是一种系统的、全方位的教育模式,倡导在教育过程中,学校要实现全员参与、全过程教育、全方位培养,该文基于“三全育人”理念指导下,通过分析“三全育人”理念的核心要义及其在农业机械领域教育中的应用价值,强调全面育人、全员育人和全程育人的教育思想对学生综合素质提升的积极作用。其次通过对多个学生农机社团的案例研究,分析了当前农机社团在组织结构、活动策划、成员管理等方面的现状与问题。基于此,提出了一系列优化农机社团组织发展的策略,探讨如何通过加强校企合作、优化社团管理机制、推动学生与行业接轨等方式,提高学生农机社团在培养创新型、复合型人才方面的功能,旨在推动学生农机社团在实践中更好地结合教育目标与社会需求,提升其对学生综合素质培养功能。The concept of“three all-round education”is a systematic,all-round education model,advocating that in the education process,the school should achieve full participation,the whole process of education,all-round training,this paper is based on the“three all-round education”concept under the guidance,through the analysis of the core essence of the concept of“three all-round education”and its application value in the field of agricultural machinery education,emphasizing the positive role of comprehensive education,full education and full education of the education idea of comprehensive education on the improvement of students'comprehensive quality.Secondly,through the case studies of a number of student agricultural machinery clubs,the current situation and problems of agricultural machinery clubs in terms of organizational structure,activity planning,and member management were analyzed.Based on this,a series of strategies for optimizing the development of agricultural machinery clubs are proposed,and how to improve the function of student agricultural machinery clubs in cultivating innovative and compound talents by strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,optimizing the management mechanism of clubs,and promoting students to integrate with the industry,aiming to promote student agricultural machinery clubs to better combine educational goals and social needs in practice,and improve their comprehensive quality training functions for students.
