摘 要:随着新一轮科技革命与产业变革的加速推进,机电行业正面临前所未有的机遇与挑战,培养具备创新能力的机电专业人才成为国家工业转型升级和高质量发展的关键。基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念,深入探讨机电专业课程融入创新能力的教学策略与实践,设计了机电专业课程体系构建思路与典型课程教学实施思路,探索解决当前机电专业教育在创新能力培养方面存在不足的有效途径,为培养适应未来工业发展需求的高素质机电专业人才提供有力支撑。With the acceleration of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,the electromechanical industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Cultivating innovative electromechanical professionals has become the key to national industrial transformation,upgrading,and high-quality development.Based on the concept of Outcome Based Education(OBE),this paper explores in depth the strategies and practices of integrating innovative abilities into the teaching of mechanical and electrical courses.It designs the construction ideas of the mechanical and electrical course system and the implementation ideas of typical course teaching,explores effective ways to solve the deficiencies in innovation ability training in current mechanical and electrical education,and provides strong support for cultivating high-quality mechanical and electrical professionals who can adapt to the needs of future industrial development.
