摘  要:该试验以马铃薯薯渣和青稞秸秆为主要原料,添加发酵液进行固态发酵,以粗蛋白增长率和粗纤维下降率为评价指标,通过单因素试验与正交试验设计,研究以马铃薯薯渣和青稞秸秆为原料固态发酵饲料的生产工艺。结果表明,最佳的工艺条件为硫酸铵添加量3%,饲料发酵液添加量3%,发酵温度为30℃,发酵时间为96 h。In this experiment,potato residue and highland barley straw were used as the main raw materials,and added fermentation broth for solid-state fermentation,with the crude protein growth rate and crude fiber reduction rate as evaluation indicators,through the single factor and orthogonal test design,the production process of solid fermentation feed from potato residue and highland barley straw was studied.The results showed that the optimal process conditions were:ammonium sulfate addition 3%,the amount of feed fermentation liquid was 3%,the fermentation temperature was 30℃,and the fermentation time was 96 hours.
