关于综合大学美术实践类教师评价标准问题的思考

摘  要:随着新一轮学科目录的调整,艺术门类学术型和专业型培养模式同时得到了提升和发展。如何制定对高校美术实践类教师的评价体系,已成为颇受关注和亟待解决的问题。本文基于新时代教育理念与艺术学科发展需求,结合中国人民大学艺术学院近年的改革,探讨了综合大学美术实践类教师评价体系的构建路径。本文分三个部分:第一,以做“经师”与“人师”的统一者为目标,明确评价导向;第二,结合艺术学科发展的历史,推动分类评价实施;第三,聚焦教育强国战略目标,建构多维度的评价体系。With the adjustment of the new round of discipline catalogs,the academic and professional training modes of art have been improved and developed at the same time.How to formulate the evaluation system for art practice teachers in universities has become a problem that has attracted considerable attention and needs to be solved urgently.Based on the educational concept of the new era and the development needs of art disciplines,combined with the reform of the School of Arts of Renmin University of China in recent years,this paper discusses the construction path of the evaluation system of comprehensive university art practice teachers.This article is divided into three chapters:Firstly,with the goal of being a unifier of“scripture teachers”and“human teachers”,clarify the evaluation orientation;Secondly,combined with the history of the development of art disciplines,promote the implementation of classification and evaluation;Thirdly,focus on the strategic goal of building a strong country through education and build a multi-dimensional evaluation system.
