摘 要:目的探讨PDCA循环联合工作坊模式提高临床教师教学查房能力的效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年12月首都医科大学大兴教学医院231名临床实习生[分为对照组(2022年开始临床实习,n=121)和观察组(2023年开始临床实习,n=110)]以及20名临床教师(2022年采取常规管理方法干预,2023年采取PDCA循环联合工作坊模式干预)的资料进行回顾性分析。比较临床教师的教学查房能力、对教学查房能力管理方法的认可程度及两组临床实习生的满意度。结果2022年(T_(1))至完成第3个PDCA循环(T_(4)),临床教师的客观结构化教学评估(OSTE)量表各维度评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);T_(4),临床教师的OSTE量表各维度评分高于T_(1)、完成第1个PDCA循环(T_(2))、完成第2个PDCA循环(T_(3)),且T_(3)高于T_(2),T_(2)高于T_(1)(P<0.05)。临床教师对2023年教学查房能力管理方法各个方面的认可率均高于2022年教学查房能力管理方法(P<0.05)。观察组临床实习生对临床教师教学查房能力的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环联合工作坊模式可以规范师资查房流程,提高师资教学质量以及临床实习生的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle combined with workshop mode on improving clinical teachers'teaching ward round ability.Methods The data of 231 clinical interns[divided into control group(starting clinical practice in 2022,n=121)and observation group(starting clinical practice in 2023,n=110)]and 20 clinical teachers(routine management methods were adopted in 2022;PDCA cycle combined with workshop mode was adopted in 2023)in Daxing Teaching Hospital of Capital Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected for retrospective analysis.The teaching ward round ability,recognition degree of teaching ward round ability management methods of clinical teachers and satisfaction of clinical interns of two groups were compared.Results From 2022(T_(1))to the completion of the third PDCA cycle(T_(4)),there were statistically significant differences in the scores of each dimension of Objective Structured Teaching Evaluation(OSTE)scale among clinical teachers(P<0.05);at T_(4),the scores of each dimension of OSTE scale of clinical teachers were higher than those at T_(1),completion of the first PDCA cycle(T_(2)),completion of the second PDCA cycle(T_(3)),and those in T_(3) were higher than T_(2),those in T_(2) were higher than T_(1)(P<0.05).The recognition rates of clinical teachers on all aspects of teaching ward round ability management methods in 2023 were higher than those of teaching ward round ability management methods in 2022(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of clinical interns on clinical teachers'teaching ward round ability management methods in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle combined with workshop mode can standardize the process of teachers'rounds,improve the quality of teachers'teaching and the satisfaction of clinical interns.
