摘  要:职业院校“双师型”教师双能力、双资格、双职责、双来源等特征是由职业教育本身和国家推进职业教育的政策与法律法规所决定的。双师执教是现代职业教育的类型特征之一,双师素质是国家对职业院校专业教师的政策性规定,双师建设是《中华人民共和国职业教育法》的基本要求,法理依据清晰。针对认定标准不清晰、培养机制不健全、配套体系不完善等问题,应进一步完善法律法规,构建分类分级的“双师”标准体系、建立权威公正的“双师”认定机制、完善三位一体的“双师”激励机制、打通校企互通的“双师”合作提升机制。The characteristics of"dual-qualified"teachers in vocational colleges,including dual abilities,dual qualifications,dual responsibilities,and dual sources,are determined by the nature of vocational education itself and the policies and laws and regulations promoted by the state for vocational education.The implementation of dual-teacher instruction is one of the typical features of modern vocational education,and dual-teacher quality is a policy requirement for professional teachers in vocational colleges set by the state.The construction of a dual-teacher system is a basic requirement of the"Vocational Education Law",with clear legal and theoretical basis.In response to issues such as unclear certification standards,inadequate training mechanisms,and imperfect supporting systems,it is necessary to further improve laws and regulations,establish a classified and graded"dual-teacher"standard system,establish an authoritative and fair"dual-teacher"certification mechanism,improve a trinity-based"dual-teacher"incentive mechanism,and establish a"dual-teacher"cooperation and improvement mechanism that facilitates communication between schools and enterprises.
