教育强国建设视域下加强终身教育保障的三重逻辑

摘　　要：2024年召开的全国教育大会以教育强国建设为核心议题,进行了深刻的理论阐述并做出重大战略部署,构建“泛在可及的终身教育体系”已成为我国教育强国建设的重要任务,为加强我国终身教育保障提供了坚实的理论基础和明确的发展路向。就理论逻辑、价值逻辑与行动逻辑而言,终身教育的发展与教育强国建设高度契合,全国教育大会强调的教育的“三大属性”,以及教育强国建设需要处理好的“五大关系”,为加强终身教育保障提供了价值遵循和行动指南。The 2024 National Education Conference takes the construction of a powerful country in education as the core issue,carries out a profound theoretical elaboration makes a major strategic deployment,the construction of a“ubiquitous and accessible lifelong education system”has become an important task for China in the construction a powerful nation of education.which provides a solid theoretical basis and a clear development direction for strengthening China’s lifelong education guarantee.In terms of theoretical logic,value logic,and action logic,the development of lifelong education is highly consistent with the construction of a powerful nation of education.The three attributes of education emphasized by the National Education Conference and the five major relationships that need to be dealt with in the construction of a powerful nation of education provide value follow and action guide for strengthening the guarantee of lifelong education.
