摘  要:作为职业教育治理现代化的重要面向,产教融合治理共同体的学术命题具有深厚的理论和实践基础,具备多元主体参与、边界开放和组织认同等基本特征,其价值旨归体现在促进现代职业教育体系的形成以及服务技能型社会的建设等。在系统解析产教融合要素本质的基础上,从场域、资源与平台三重视角深入剖析产教融合治理共同体的构建逻辑,提出产教融合治理共同体构建的场域逻辑在于“发展驱动”下的空间再造,强调共生空间与异质主体的集聚扩散效应;其资源逻辑是“需求导向”下的资源供给,重视资源供给的前提、方式与原则;其平台逻辑是“共治模式”下的组织协同,旨在构建多元主体协同共治的平台治理体系。As an important aspect of the modernization of vocational education governance,the academic proposition of the governance community of integration between industry and education has a profound theoretical and practical foundation.It features multi-subject participation,open boundaries,and organizational identity,and its value orientation lies in promoting the formation of a modern vocational education system and serving the construction of a skill-based society.Based on a systematic analysis of the essential elements of integration between industry and education,this paper deeply explores the construction logic of the industry-education integration governance community from the three perspectives of field,resource,and platform.It is proposed that the field logic of the construction of the governance community of integration between industry and education lies in the spatial reconstruction under the"development-driven"approach,emphasizing the agglomeration and diffusion effects of the symbiotic space and heterogeneous subjects;its resource logic is the resource supply under the"demand-oriented"approach,emphasizing the premise,method,and principle of resource supply;and its platform logic is the organizational coordination under the"co-governance model",aiming to build a platform governance system for the collaborative governance of multiple subjects.
