现代职业教育体系构建的制度保障探析

摘　　要：建立现代职业教育体系,加强国家政策和法规的规范与指导,有助于推动职业教育的规范化和高质量发展。针对现代职业教育体系存在的职业教育支撑产业发展的力度不足、企业参与职业教育的积极性不高、职业资格鉴定制度不够完善等问题,从建立健全现代职业教育支撑产业发展制度、建立健全现代职业教育企业参与制度、规范职业资格鉴定制度、严格执行就业准入制度等方面对现代职业教育体系构建提出制度保障方面的建议。Establishing a modern vocational education system and strengthening the standardization and guidance of national policies and regulations are helpful to promote the standardization and high-quality development of vocational education.In response to the problems existing in the modern vocational education system,such as the insufficient support of vocational education for industrial development,the low enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in vocational education,and the imperfect vocational qualification certification system,suggestions on institutional guarantees for the construction of the modern vocational education system are put forward from aspects such as establishing and improving the system of modern vocational education supporting industrial development,establishing and improving the system of enterprise participating in modern vocational education,standardizing the vocational qualification certification system,and strictly implementing the employment access system.
