黄炎培职业教育的观察视角和研究方法

摘　　要：独特的视角、有效的方法是科学研究成功的关键因素。开展黄炎培职业教育研究之研究,从中汲取教育智慧是提升当代职教研究质量的一条重要途径,也是黄炎培职教思想研究新的生长点。以四卷本《黄炎培教育文集》为对象,通过文献研究和综合分析发现,以关系视角观察职业教育,崇尚实地调查、善于反思总结、长于比较分析是黄炎培研究职业教育的重要特征。研究跨界的职业教育要以开放的眼光深入“职业环境”,运用关联思维和关系视角进行研究,才能找到职业教育问题解决的正确之道。The unique perspective and effective methods are the key for the success of scientific research.Conducting research on Huang Yanpei's vocational education and drawing educational research wisdom from it is an important way to improve the quality of contemporary vocational education research,and also a new growth point in Huang Yanpei's vocational education ideology research.Based on the four volumes collection of Huang Yanpei's Educational Essays,through literature research and comprehensive analysis,it is found that observing vocational education from a relational perspective,advocating on-site investigation,being good at reflection and summary and excelling in comparative analysis are important characteristics of Huang Yanpei's research on vocational education.To study cross-border vocational education,it is necessary to delve into the"vocational environment"with an open mind and use relational thinking and perspective to conduct research in order to find the correct way to solve vocational education problems.
