摘　　要：甘肃是多民族聚居的省份,教育和就业对民族地区长远发展与和谐稳定有极大影响。近年来,各级政府部门在项目帮扶、经费投入、人才培养等方面对民族地区给予了很大的支持和关怀,民族地区的教育和就业整体面貌逐渐得到改善。然而,受民族地区经济社会发展滞后、自然地理环境恶劣、群众观念落后等因素的影响,民族地区群众的教育和就业困境依然长期存在。鉴于此,各级地方政府要以助推民族地区经济社会发展为引擎,以改变民族地区群众的生存条件和意识观念为双翼,推动民族地区教育和就业的发展。Gansu is a province inhabited by multiple ethnic groups,education and employment have a significant impact on the longterm development,harmony and stability of ethnic areas.In recent years,government departments at all levels have given great support and care to ethnic minority areas in terms of project assistance,fund investment,personnel training,etc.,and the overall appearance of education and employment in ethnic minority areas has gradually improved.However,due to the backward economic and social development,poor natural geographical environment,backward mass consciousness and other problems,the education and employment dilemma of the people in the minority areas still exists for a long time.In view of this,local governments at all levels should promote the economic and social development of ethnic areas as the engine,change the living conditions and consciousness of the people in ethnic areas as the wings,and then promote the rapid development of education and employment in ethnic areas.
