摘 要:新生代员工已成为职场主力军,其职业价值观正发生显著变化,主要表现为更加注重个人发展、追求工作生活平衡、崇尚平等互利的职场关系等。这些变化受个人成长阶段、社会经济发展水平、信息技术变革等因素的综合影响。新生代员工职业价值观的变化对组织管理提出新挑战,需要在人力资源规划、培训开发、绩效考核等方面进行创新,对人才选拔和配置、员工职业发展、组织文化建设、社会人才政策等也产生重要影响。文章从理论和实践的结合上系统分析了这一问题,并提出了具有针对性的对策建议,为企业管理实践提供参考。The new generation of employees has become the main force in the workplace,and their professional values are undergoing significant changes,mainly manifested in a greater emphasis on personal development,pursuit of work life balance,and advocacy of equal and mutually beneficial workplace relationships.These changes are influenced by a combination of factors such as individual growth stage,socio-economic development level,and information technology changes.The changes in the professional values of the new generation of employees pose new challenges to organizational management,requiring innovation in human resource planning,training and development,performance evaluation,and other aspects.This also has significant impacts on talent selection and allocation,employee career development,organizational culture construction,and social talent policies.This article systematically analyzes this issue from the combination of theory and practice,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide reference for enterprise management practice.
