摘　　要：随着大数据、物联网、人工智能等技术与交通行业深度融合,智慧交通专业的多学科交叉特征愈发明显,传统的实践教学模式已难以满足产业转型升级对人才培养的要求。针对上述问题,北方工业大学结合新工科建设思想、工程教育专业认证标准要求及智慧交通未来技术发展趋势,以促进学生就业竞争力为目标导向,与阿里云计算有限公司深度合作,产教融合,对智慧交通专业就业实习基地建设进行了探索与实践,分享了就业实习基地建设的经验,以及资源共享机制建设的思考,对于智慧交通人才培养中实践教学方面的教育改革具有一定的参考价值。With the deep integration of technologies such as big data,the Internet of Things,and artificial intelligence with the transportation industry,the interdisciplinary characteristics of smart transportation majors are becoming increasingly evident.Traditional practical teaching models are no longer able to meet the requirements of industrial transformation and upgrading for talent cultivation.In response to the above issues,North China University of Technology has combined the ideas of new engineering construction,the requirements of engineering education professional certification standards,and the future development trend of smart transportation technology,with the goal of promoting students’employment competitiveness,deeply cooperated with Alibaba Cloud Computing Co.,Ltd.,integrated industry and education,and explored and practiced the construction of smart transportation professional employment internship bases and shared the experience in the construction of employment internship bases and thoughts on the construction of resource sharing mechanisms which has certain reference value for educational reform in practical teaching in the cultivation of intelligent transportation talents.
