摘　　要：在“双一流”建设背景下,培养研究生的实践创新能力是中国高等教育的发展趋势,也是提高人才培养质量、增强国家综合实力的客观需求。面向信息与通信工程学科研究生实践创新能力的培养,针对研究生实践创新课程少、培养基地建设刚刚起步等问题,从优化课程设置、建立科研平台、加强教师引导、鼓励国际交流、完善评价体系等方面,探讨了具有信息与通信工程学科特色的研究生实践创新能力培养模式与实践经验,以期为高校研究生实践创新能力培养提供参考和借鉴。Under the background of the“Double First-Class”construction,cultivating the practical and innovative abilities of graduate students is the development trend of China’s higher education and an objective demand of improving the quality of talent cultivation and the comprehensive strength of the country.Facing the cultivation of practical innovation ability for graduate students in the field of information and communication engineering,this article addresses the problems of limited practical innovation courses for graduate students and the fact that the training base is just starting,explores the optimization of curriculum design,establishment of research platforms,strengthening teacher guidance,encouraging international exchanges,and improving evaluation systems.This article studies the cultivation mode and practical experience of graduate practical innovation ability with the characteristics of information and communication engineering discipline.It provides reference for the cultivation of practical innovation ability of graduate students in universities.
