摘 要:在新医科背景下,医学课程教学改革要以创新为抓手,培养复合创新型医学技术人才。自主学习注重对学生内在学习能力的培养,使学生从被动接受知识向主动进行自主探究式学习的方向转变,是目前新医科背景下培养医学人才的重要目标。以“微生物与免疫学基础”课程教学为例,探究了提升高职院校藏族大学生自主学习能力的有效策略,以期充分挖掘藏族大学生学习的主体性和能动性,为其树立终身学习理念打下基础,提升其自主学习能力。Under the background of new medical science,the teaching reform of medical curriculum should take innovation as the starting point to train composite innovative medical technical talents.Autonomous learning focuses on the cultivation of students’inner learning ability,and makes students change from passively accepting knowledge to actively conducting independent inquiry learning,which is an important goal of training medical talents under the background of new medicine at present.Taking the teaching of the course Microbiology and Immunology Basis as an example,this paper explores effective strategies to improve the autonomous learning ability of Zang ethnic college students in vocational colleges,in order to fully tap the subjectivity and initiative of Zang ethnic college students’learning,lay a foundation for them to establish the concept of lifelong learning and improve their autonomous learning ability.
