摘  要:在人工智能时代,提高全民人工智能素养以应对人工智能带来的机遇和挑战具有重要价值。通过对联合国教科文组织(UNESCO)发布的人工智能与教育相关文献进行文本分析,发现UNESCO从技术维度和人文维度提出了一套人工智能素养框架;科学与人文融合的科学人文主义、全球共同利益的人文主义、生态正义人文主义等,构成了其人工智能素养及其教育的价值理念。其启发意义在于:科学与人文融合应成为我国人工智能素养教育理念的核心;全球视野下的中国经验与智慧的融入应成为我国人工智能素养教育的特色;生态正义应成为我国发展人工智能素养教育的核心要义,从而构建具有中国特色的人工智能素养教育新生态。In the era of artificial intelligence,improving the overall artificial intelligence literacy of the population is of great value in addressing the opportunities and challenges brought by artificial intelligence.Through text analysis of the literature on artificial intelligence and education published by UNESCO,it was found that UNESCO has proposed a framework for artificial intelligence literacy from both technical and humanistic perspectives;the integration of science and humanities,humanism of global common interests,and humanism of ecological justice are the values of its artificial intelligence literacy and education.Its enlightening significance lies in that the integration of science and humanity should be the core of China's AI literacy education philosophy;China's experience and wisdom from a global perspective should be the characteristics of China's AI literacy education;ecological justice should be the essence of developing artificial intelligence literacy education in China,thus creating a new ecology of AI literacy education with Chinese characteristics.
