摘  要:目的 探讨原子荧光法测定食品中砷和硒的实施策略.方法 消解样品后,采用原子荧光法检测,分析砷和硒的相对标准偏差、检出限、线性范围、相关系数、回收率.结果 砷的相对标准偏差、检出限、线性范围、相关系数、回收率分别为1.16%、0.27ng/mL、0-200ng/mL、0.9997、95.9%-105.3%,硒的相对标准偏差、检出限、线性范围、相关系数、回收率分别为1.18%、0.39ng/mL、0-400ng/mL、0.9998、98.6%-103.4%.结论 以原子荧光法测定食品中砷和硒含量,可节省时间,提高灵敏度,是一种操作简单、便捷快速、灵敏度高的检测方法,值得借鉴与推广应用.Objective To explore the implementation strategy of atomic fluorescence determination of arsenic and selenium in food.Methods After digestion,the relative standard deviation,detection limit,linear range,correlation coefficient and recovery rate of arsenic and selenium were analyzed by atomic fluorescence method.Results The relative standard deviation,detection limit,linear range,correlation coefficient and recovery of arsenic were 1.16%,0.27ng/mL,0-200ng/mL,0.9997,95.9%-105.3%,respectively.The relative standard deviation,detection limit,linear range,correlation coefficient and recovery of selenium were 1.18%,0.39ng/mL,0-400ng/mL,0.9998,98.6%-103.4%,respectively.Conclusion Atomic fluorescence method can save time and improve sensitivity in the determination of arsenic and selenium in food.It is a simple,convenient and rapid method with high sensitivity.It is worthy of reference and popularization.
