摘 要:高质量的技术研发工作是提升企业竞争力的关键驱动力。为使企业能够有效识别技术研发方向,在科技创新过程中抢占科技竞争高地与未来发展制高点,设计企业技术研发方向识别方法研究框架。首先,从产业技术链视角出发,基于网络信息和论文数据利用LDA主题模型提取产业技术主题明确当前产业技术需求;其次,围绕这个需求,并结合专利数据信息,通过技术主题—技术功效—时间三维模型对企业技术研发方向进行识别;最后,以动力电池领域一目标企业为分析对象,对其进行技术研发方向识别研究以验证识别方法的可行性,为企业的科学决策和有效进行技术布局提供参考。High quality technology research and development work is a key driving force for enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.In order to help enterprise accurately identify the R&D direction and seize the high ground in the technological competition and the future development in the process of technological innovation,a research framework for identifying the technology R&D direction has been designed.Firstly,from the perspective of the industrial technology chain,based on network and literature data,the LDA topic model is used to extract industrial technology themes and clarify current industrial technology requirement.Secondly,based on this requirement and combined with patent data information,a three-dimensional analysis model of technology theme-technology efficacy-time is used to identify the enterprise technology R&D direction.Finally,choosing an enterprise in the field of power battery as an example for further analysis,identify the Technology R&D Direction of the enterprise for verifying the feasibility of the identification method,and providing reference for scientific decision-making and effective technology layout of the enterprise.
