摘 要:目的:探讨叙事教育在护理专科学生《社区护理》教学中的应用效果。方法:于2023年2月—6月,采用整群抽样法随机选取安庆医药高等专科学校2021级2个护理专科教学班,分别作为对照组和观察组,每组各有60名护生。对照组采取线上线下相结合的教学方法,观察组增加叙事教育法,比较两组护生的人文关怀品质、同理心水平及理论知识和技能操作考试成绩。结果:干预后,观察组人文关怀品质调查问卷、同理心量表各维度得分及其总分、理论知识考试成绩和技能操作考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在《社区护理》教学中实施叙事教育,能够显著提升护生的人文关怀品质、同理心水平和学习成绩。Objective:To explore the application effect of narrative education in the teaching of Community Nursing for nursing college students.Methods:From February to June 2023,2 nursing classes of Grade 2021 in Anqing Medical College were selected by sampling method and were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 nursing students in each group.The control group was given the combination of online and offline teaching methods,while the observation group was added narrative education methods.The humanistic care quality,empathy level,theoretical knowledge,and skill operation test scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in various aspects,such as the scores of psychological scale,theoretical knowledge test and skill operation test,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The implementation of narrative education in the teaching of Community Nursing can significantly enhance the humanistic care quality,empathy level,and academic performance of nursing students.
