高职学生性格优势的现状及培养路径研究

摘　　要：目的了解高职学生性格优势的总体状况并发现和揭示其特点,以探析培养高职学生性格优势的路径。方法采用三维度性格优势量表、生活满意度量表,通过方便取样对某高职院校560名在校学生进行调查;使用SPSSAU软件对数据进行整理、分析。结果高职学生的性格优势总体处于中等偏上水平,其中男生在自控力维度上的自我调节、审慎、批判性,求知欲维度上的社交能力、幽默、热情、好奇心等7项性格优势上的得分显著高于女生(P<0.05);来自农村的学生在自控力维度上的毅力、求知欲维度上的社交能力等两项性格优势上的得分显著高于来自城镇的学生(P<0.05);大一的学生在亲和力维度上的善良、公平、领导力、诚实等4项性格优势上的得分显著高于大二和大三的学生(P<0.05);是否独生子女在各项性格优势上的得分均不存在显著差异(P>0.05);高职学生的性格优势与生活满意度呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论基于研究结果,从拓宽教育理念、以课程为载体、以活动为补充、以个人为核心四个路径培养高职学生的性格优势。Objective To understand the general situation of vocational college students'character advantage and discover and reveal its characteristics,so as to explore the path of cultivating vocational college students'character advantage.Methods 560 students in a higher vocational college were investigated by using three dimensional personality strength scale and life satisfaction scale.SPSSAU software was used to sort out and analyze the data.Results The overall character strengths of vocational college students were above the average level,and the scores of male students on self-regulation,prudence and criticality in self-control and social ability,humor,enthusiasm and curiosity in intellectual curiosity were significantly higher than those of female students(P<0.05).Students from rural areas had significantly higher scores than those from urban areas(P<0.05)in two character strengths,namely perseverance in self-control and social ability in intellectual curiosity.The scores of the freshmen on kindness,fairness,leadership and honesty were significantly higher than those of the sophomores and juniors(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of character advantages of the only child(P>0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between personality advantage and life satisfaction of vocational college students(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the research results,we can cultivate the character advantages of higher vocational college students through four ways:broadening the educational idea,taking the curriculum as the carrier,taking the activity as the supplement and taking the individual as the core.
