“我-你”关系论视域下师生主体间关系的现状检视及应对策略

摘  要:师生关系一直是古今中外教育界的热点话题,构建师生主体间关系,保证师生在人格基础上的平等,不仅有利于师生和谐共处、共同进步,还有利于教育教学的推进与改革。但在教学实践中,仍然存在师生关系不平等、教师教学功利化、社会上过分强调教师权威,学生主体身份认同感低下等问题。为此,本文基于布贝尔“我-你”关系论,从重构教育目的、加强学生主体身份认同感构建等方面提出师生主体间关系建构的应对策略,旨在为新形势下师生关系全新模式的构建探路。The relationship between teachers and students has always been a hot topic in the ancient and modern Chinese and foreign education circles.Building the relationship between teachers and students and ensuring the equality between teachers and students on the basis of personality is not only conducive to the harmonious coexistence and common progress of teachers and students,but also conducive to promoting the promotion and reform of education and teaching.However,in the teaching practice,there are still some problems,such as the unequal relationship between teachers and students,the utilitarianism of teachers'teaching,the excessive emphasis on teachers'authority in the society,and the low sense of identity of students'subjects.Therefore,based on Bubel's“I-you”relationship theory,it is particularly necessary to put forward the coping strategy of constructing the relationship between teachers and students from the aspects of reconstructing educational purpose,liberating public opinion,and strengthening the construction of students'identity.
