摘  要:高考综合改革是新时代教育评价改革的“龙头”。基于新高考数据构建科学、适切、实用的评价指标体系,健全考后数据的反馈与使用,是实现新高考核心功能、发挥海量数据价值的基础工程。江苏新高考评价指标体系建设以国家顶层设计为基本价值取向,通过充分运用“四个评价”,向党委和政府、学校和教师、学生个体等评价主体科学反馈教和学的成效,从而达成“动员政府资源、振奋改革精神、反拨基础教育、回应教育关切”的评价目标。锚定更高质量的评价,将通过推进理论、技术和实践的协同发展,进一步深化评价指标体系建设,努力提升新高考评价在教育评价改革中的贡献度。The comprehensive reform of college entrance examination is the“leader”of the educational evaluation re⁃form in the new era.Constructing a scientific,appropriate and practical evaluation index system based on the data of the new college entrance examination to perfect the feedback and use of the post-test data,are the basic projects for realizing the core functions of the new college entrance examination and giving full play to the value of the huge amount of data.The con⁃struction of evaluation index system for the new college entrance examination in Jiangsu takes the national top-level design as the basic value orientation,and makes full use of the“four evaluations”,to provide scientific feedback on the effectiveness of teaching and learning to the party committees and governments,schools and teachers,and individual students,so as to reach the evaluation goal of“mobilizing government resources,invigorating the spirit of reform,directing basic education,and responding to educational concerns”.Anchoring higher-quality evaluation,we will further deepen the construction of the evaluation index system by promoting the synergistic development of theory,technology and practice,and endeavor to en⁃hance the contribution of the evaluation of the new college entrance examination in the educational evaluation reform.
