摘  要:试验旨在探讨饲养方式对大骨鸡消化吸收性能的影响。选择1日龄大骨鸡500只进行网上平养,自由采食。饲养至30日龄时,挑选48只体重相近的鸡随机分为两组(每组公、母各半,且初重差异不显著),其中24只放养于运动场中,设为散养组;另24只单笼饲养,设为笼养组。试验期94 d。结果显示:相比笼养大骨鸡,85日龄散养大骨鸡盲肠与十二指肠食糜中的乙酸含量均呈上升趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05);124日龄散养大骨鸡的盲肠与十二指肠食糜中的乙酸含量均显著升高(P<0.05)。相比笼养大骨鸡,85日龄和124日龄时散养大骨鸡十二指肠前端1 cm处肠段绒毛高度和绒毛表面积均显著提高(P<0.05),绒毛宽度也有增加趋势(P>0.05)。散养组大骨鸡十二指肠绒毛呈柱状,排列规则,比例协调,高低均匀,绒毛表面可见沟回样皱襞,无受损现象。笼养组大骨鸡十二指肠绒毛发育不良、排列不规则,部分绒毛发生卷曲并伴有脱落现象。研究表明,散养模式有助于提高大骨鸡肠道乙酸含量,改善大骨鸡肠道黏膜形态,促进养分消化吸收。The experiment aimed to explore the effects of rearing methods on the digestive and absorptive performance of Dagu chickens.A total of 500 one-day-old Dagu chickens were selected for online rearing and free feeding.At 30 days of age,48 chickens with similar body weight were randomly divided into two groups(half male and half female in each group,with no significant difference in initial weight),24 of which were set as free-range group.Another 24 animals were raised in a single cage as a cage group.The experiment lasted for 94 days.The results showed that compared with the caged Dagu chickens,the acetic acid content in the cecum and duodenal chyme of the freerange Dagu chickens at 85 days of age showed an upward trend,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05),at 124 days of age,the acetic acid content in the cecum and duodenal chyme of the free-range Dagu chickens significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the caged Dagu chickens,the villus height and villus surface area at the 1 cm segment of the anterior end of the duodenum of the free-range Dagu chickens at both 85 and 124 days of age significantly improved(P<0.05),and the villus width also showed an increasing trend(P>0.05).The villi of the duodenum in the free-range group of Dagu chickens were cylindrical,regularly arranged,proportionally coordinated,and evenly distributed in height,with furrow-like folds visible on the villus surface and no signs of damage.In the caged group of Dagu chickens,the villi of the duodenum were underdeveloped,irregularly arranged,and some villi were curled and accompanied by shedding.The study indicates that the free-range mode is conducive to increasing the acetic acid content in the intestine of Dagu chickens,improving the morphology of the intestinal mucosa,and promoting the digestion and absorption of nutrients.
