摘　　要：米糠油因其独特的脂肪酸组成及含有多种生物活性物质,对动物体的健康发育具有重要作用。文章论述了米糠油中脂肪酸组成与各种活性成分的特点,总结了米糠油主要功能特性及其在动物生产中的应用研究进展,旨在为米糠油在动物生产中的开发利用提供一定参考。Rice bran oil,with its unique fatty acid composition and the presence of various bioactive substances,plays an important role in the healthy development of animals.This article discusses the characteristics of the fatty acid composition and various active components in rice bran oil,summarizes its main functional properties and the research progress in its application in animal production,aiming to provide a certain reference for the development and utilization of rice bran oil in animal production.
