摘　　要：目的在党的二十大精神引领新医科背景下,以“医学机能学实验”课程教学体系建设为例,探究高职高专学生创新创业能力培养模式。方法整合现有资源,建立开放性实验室;基于开放理念构建“医学机能学实验”课程教学体系,将现有“医学机能学实验”课程教学体系分为基础训练模块、综合实验模块、设计性实验模块和科研创新创业模块;开发人体机能实验课程内容,模拟临床情境,打造线上虚拟仿真实训室,满足线上实训课程教学使用。结果该课程教学体系建设可以实现将动物、人体实操训练与虚拟仿真实验有效结合,增加学生体验感,激发其探究学习的兴趣,并在实验内容中融入临床和创新创业案例,培养学生分析和解决问题的能力、学生团队合作和科研创新的能力,为高职高专学生创新创业能力培养模式研究奠定基础。结论通过构建“医学机能学实验”课程教学体系,可以有效提升学生的综合素质和创新能力,为进一步推动医学教育与党的二十大精神深度融合,培养适应新时代要求的高素质医学人才奠定基础。Objective To explore the cultivation mode of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities for vocational college students,taking the construction of the teaching system of"Medical Functional Experiment"course as an ex-ample under the guidance of the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress in leading the development of new medicine.Methods Integrate existing resources to establish an open laboratory;Construct a Medical Func-tional Experiment teaching system based on the concept of openness,which is divided into basic training module,comprehensive experiment module,design-oriented experiment module,and scientific research,innovation,and entrepreneurship module;Develop the content of Human Functional Experiment courses,simulate clinical sce-narios to create an online virtual simulation training room to meet the needs of online practical training courses.Re-sults The construction of this course teaching system can effectively combine animal and human practical training with virtual simulation experiments,enhance students'experience,stimulate their interest in inquiry and learning,and integrate clinical and innovation and entrepreneurship cases into the experimental content to cultivate students'abilities to analyze and solve problems,teamwork,and scientific research and innovation,laying a foundation for the research on the cultivation mode of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities for vocational college students.Con-clusion By constructing the Medical Functional Experiment teaching system,students'overall quality and innova-tion ability can be effectively improved,laying a foundation for further promoting the deep integration of medical education with the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress and cultivating high-quality medical tal-ents that meet the requirements of the new era.
