摘  要:从土壤中筛选到一株产红色素的微生物并对其进行分离纯化,利用形态学和分子生物学对该菌株进行鉴定,对色素提取条件进行探究,获得色素后并对其理化性质进行分析。结果表明,该菌株为白黄链霉菌,所产色素有2个吸收峰。最佳提取条件:80%无水乙醇为提取溶剂,提取温度50℃,浸提40 min,所得色素含量最高。稳定性试验结果表明,该色素对金属离子、光照、高温较为敏感,在储存的过程中应低温、避光,同时还应避免接触金属离子。p H的变化会使色素颜色发生可逆的改变。A microorganism producing red pigment was screened from the soil and then isolated and purified.The strain was identified by using morphology and molecular biology.The extraction condition of the pigment was explored.After obtaining the pigment,its physical and chemical properties were analyzed.The experimental results showed that the strain was Streptomyces alboflavus.The produced pigment had two absorption peaks.The optimal extraction condition was as follows:80%absolute ethanol was used as the extraction solvent,the extraction temperature was 50℃,and the pigment content was the highest when extracted for 40 min.The results of the stability test indicated that the pigment was relatively sensitive to metal ions,light,and high temperature.During storage,it should be kept at a low temperature,away from light,and also avoid contact with metal ions.The change of pH could cause a reversible change in the color of the pigment.
