摘 要:以含氯化钾的大米培养基进行蛹虫草子实体栽培,考察钾对蛹虫草子实体栽培性状及活性成分的影响。氯化钾浓度为0.05 mol/L和0.1 mol/L时,子实体鲜重比对照组分别增加了51.32%和65.36%,为22.41 g/瓶和24.49 g/瓶;0.1 mol/L时,子实体干重、长度、数量等均为最高,分别为4.41 g/瓶,6.79 cm和80条/瓶。在活性成分方面,钾元素可提高子实体内虫草素的含量,浓度为0.3 mol/L时含量达最高,为3.23 mg/g,比空白组提高了95.76%。腺苷的含量受钾元素影响较小。子实体内虫草酸和钾含量与钾浓度呈正相关,均受到促进作用。可见,钾元素对蛹虫草子实体生长具有良好的促进作用。试验结果可为蛹虫草的高品质栽培技术提供参考。Rice media containing different concentrations of potassium chloride were subjected to investigate the effects of potassium on the cultivation traits and active components of Cordyceps militaris fruiting bodies.When the potassium chloride concentration was 0.05 mol/L and 0.1 mol/L,the fresh weight of the fruiting bodies increased by 51.32%and 65.36%,respectively,compared to the control group,reaching 22.41 g/bottle and 24.49 g/bottle;At level of 0.1 mol/L,the dry weight,length,and number of fruiting bodies were the highest,being 4.41 g/bottle,6.79 cm,and 80 pieces/bottle,respectively.In terms of active components,potassium enhanced the cordycepin content in the fruiting bodies.The highest content was recorded as 3.23 mg/g with addition of 0.3 mol/L potassium.It was increased by 95.76%compared to the control group.The adenosine content was less affected by potassium.Both cordycepic acid and potassium content in the fruiting bodies showed a positive correlation with potassium concentration.The promotional effect was observed.It was evident that potassium had a beneficial effect on the growth of C.militaris fruiting bodies.These findings could provide a reference for high-quality cultivation techniques of this mushroom.
