摘　　要：黄花倒水莲是我国特有植物,亦为南方传统的药食同源植物,具有较高的营养价值和药用价值,其根、茎、叶、花均含有皂苷类、酮类、糖类、甾醇及酯类等多种活性物质。黄花倒水莲全株均可入药,在调血脂、抗衰老、抗损伤及抑制细胞增殖方面具有较好的调节作用。文章查阅近年来国内外相关文献,从黄花倒水莲的化学成分、提取工艺及生物活性等方面进行归纳和总结,为黄花倒水莲资源在膳食补充、保健食品等方面的进一步研究和综合开发利用提供参考。Polygala fallax Hemsl.is an unique species in China and a traditional homologous plant of medicine and food in South,with high nutritional value and medicinal value.Its roots,stems,leaves and flowers contain saponins,flavonoids,carbohydrates,sterols,esters and other active ingredients.The whole plant can be used as medicine,which has the functions of regulating blood lipids,anti-aging,anti-damage,and inhibiting cell proliferation.In the paper,the chemical composition,extraction technology and bioactivity of Polygala fallax Hemsl.is reviewed basing on the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years,to provide reference for further research and comprehensive utilization of Polygala fallax Hemsl.in the area of dietary supplement and health food.
