摘　　要：学分银行成果认证机制是终身教育体系的重要支撑。本研究基于教育认证理论,系统分析了我国学分银行成果认证机制的发展现状及面临的挑战。研究从数据全生命周期视角出发,构建了一套基于“认证规则标准-信息化支撑平台-成果认证机制”的三层认证架构,设计了包含成果认证模型、数字认证平台在内的实施路径。研究发现,当前学分银行成果认证机制在标准统一性、课程质量管理、机构协同、技术应用等方面仍存在不足。针对这些问题,提出了完善法律法规体系、加强政策宣传培训、构建多方协同的生态体系等发展策略。研究成果可为推进我国学分银行建设和终身教育体系发展提供理论指导和实践参考。Credit bank achievement certification mechanism is an important support for the lifelong education system.Based on the theory of educational certification,this study systematically analyzes the development status and challenges of the credit bank achievement certification mechanism in China.From the perspective of the whole life cycle of data,a three-layer authentication architecture based on“authentication rules,standards-information support platform-achievement authentication mechanism”is constructed,and the implementation path including achievement authentication model,digital authentication platform and digital authentication platform is designed.It is found that the current credit bank achievement certification mechanism still has deficiencies in the unity of standards,course quality management,institutional coordination,technology application and other aspects.In view of these problems,development strategies such as improving the legal and regulatory system,strengthening policy publicity and training,and building a multi-party coordinated ecological system are put forward.The research results can provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for promoting the construction of credit bank and the development of lifelong education system in China.
