陕西县域老年教育高质量发展探究——以府谷县为例

摘　　要：促进县域老年教育高质量发展是解决陕西人口老龄化问题的重要途径。通过对府谷县老年教育进行个案研究,以及对该县老年教育发展现状和存在问题进行分析,认为陕西县域老年教育高质量发展应做到以下几点:科学谋划,促进县域老年教育均衡发展;广泛宣传动员,形成全社会积极参与老年教育的良好氛围;理顺体制机制,确保县域老年教育顺畅发展;政府主导,建立老年教育经费保障机制;多措并举,加强县域老年教育师资力量。Promoting high-quality development of elderly education in counties is an important way to solve the problem of population aging in Shaanxi.Through a case study of elderly education in Fugu County,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the development of elderly education in the county.It is believed that the high-quality development of elderly education in Shaanxi County should achieve the following points:scientific planning and promotion of balanced development of elderly education in the county.Widely publicize and mobilize to create a good atmosphere for the whole society to actively participate in elderly education.Streamline the institutional mechanisms to ensure the smooth development of elderly education in counties.Government led establishment of a funding guarantee mechanism for elderly education.Take multiple measures to strengthen the teaching staff of elderly education in counties.
