摘 要:社区教育推动老年“数字移民”当前已经成为现在以及将来推动社会全面智慧化、数字化的重要举措之一。但是智慧社区建设背景下社区教育并未同步发展,老年“数字移民”身份转化过程中面临着经费不足、师资队伍不专业、课程设置不完善、监督管理不全面的外部困境以及老年群体的数字生存与转变的内部困境,通过对老年“数字移民”转变过程中的内外部困境进行分析,并就外部困境提出构建数字环境、丰富数字课程、加强资金保障、组建专业师资队伍同时针对内部困境在家庭与个体层面加强老年“数字移民”的能动性,以期推动老年群体拥抱智慧生活,加速智慧社区建设。Community education to promote elderly“digital migration”has become one of the important measures to promote comprehensive intelligence and digitization of society now and in the future.However,under the background of intelligent community construction,community education has not developed synchronously.In the process of transforming the identity of elderly“digital immigrants”,they face external challenges such as insufficient funding,unprofessional teaching staff,incomplete curriculum design,and incomplete supervision and management,as well as digital survival and transformation for the elderly population.Through analyzing the internal and external challenges in the transformation process of elderly“digital immigrants”,this paper proposes to build a digital environment,enrich digital courses,strengthen financial security,and form a professional teaching staff team.At the same time,in response to internal challenges,to strengthen the initiative of elderly“digital immigrants”at the family and individual levels,in order to promote the elderly population to embrace smart life and accelerate the construction of intelligent communities.
