摘 要:接受正式的教师教育前,师范生已习得诸多关于“好老师”的先入之见。帮助师范生检视并修正片面的先入之见,即迷思概念,直接关涉师范生能否成为新时代“四有好老师”,弘扬教育家精神。本研究以习近平总书记关于好老师的核心论述作为框架,采用文本分析法对师范生自传进行编码统计,发现师范生关于“好老师”的认知存在以下迷思概念:以“对我好”作为依据,他者视角不足;视“仁爱之心”为自然意义之爱,专业意识欠缺;关注教师的知识传递能力,忽视学习、教学过程的复杂性;认可职业的社会意义,内在价值体验较少。教师教育者应践行教学示范,营造心理安全,支持学习者悦纳前见;聚焦教育学大概念,开发类型丰富的典型叙事案例作为议题,开展共同体对话;使理论课程与积极的实地体验并行,帮助师范生感受概念有效性,实现概念转化。Before receiving formal teacher education,pre-service teachers have acquired many preconceptions about education.One of the core tasks of teacher education is to help them examine and correct one-sided preconceptions,namely misconceptions,directly relating to whether students can become“good teachers with four qualities”in the new era and promote the“spirit of educators”.This study uses textual analysis method and takes the core discourse on good teachers proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping as the reference framework to examine pre-service teachers'preconceptions.Research shows there are some misconceptions,such as being kind to themselves and ignoring others'feeling,lacking professional awareness and regarding“benevolence”as a natural feeling,valuing teachers'knowledge transmission ability and the vocation's social meaning,overlooking the complexity of teaching processes and intrinsic value.Educators should set an example,create psychological safety,and support learners to accept their preconceptions.Secondly,focusing on big ideas,diverse types of typical narrative cases can be developed as topics for community dialogue.In addition,theoretical courses should be combined with positive on-site experiences to help pre-service teachers feel the effectiveness of concepts and achieve concept transformation.
