摘  要:由于人工清洗第三轨存在清洗效率和清洗质量较低等问题,现设计一款清洗机械手进行第三轨自动化清洗作业。为保证清洗安全性和清洗效果,需要确定清洗机械手在清洗车上合适的安装位置并在清洗作业时保持喷嘴与第三轨的距离恒定。先对车体和转向架构架静态通过平面曲线和竖曲线轨道时横向及垂向偏移规律进行了分析,而后采用动力学软件Simpack建立车辆模型进行动态仿真验证。结果表明:车体上安装位置与车辆心盘点的纵向距离越大,作业时相对轨道偏移量越大;构架偏移量相比于车体更小,机械手安装在构架上更为合理。通过动静态偏移量分析和第三轨安全距离核算,确定机械手横向行程为250mm,垂向行程为200mm,并根据构架振动响应特性,确定机械手响应频率至少为18Hz。There are problems such as low cleaning efficiency and low cleaning quality when cleaning the third rail manually,a cleaning manipulator is now designed for automated cleaning work.In order to ensure the safety and cleaning quality of the third rail cleaning operation,it is necessary to determine the appropriate installation position of the manipulator on the cleaning vehicle and ensure that the distance between the nozzle and the object to be cleaned is constant.The lateral and vertical offsets of the vehicle body and bogie frame when the cleaning vehicle statically passes through the plane curve and the vertical curve were analyzed,and the vehicle model for dynamic simulation analysis was established by Simpack.The research results demonstrate that the greater the longitudinal distance between the vehicle body installation point and the center plate,the greater the relative rail offset.The bogie frame offset range is smaller than the vehicle body,so it is better to install the manipulator on the bogie frame.On this basis of the simulation data analysis and the check calculation of safety distance,it is determined that the lateral stroke of the manipulator is 250mm and the vertical stroke is 200mm.According to the vibration response characteristics of the bogie frame,the response frequency of the manipulator should be at least 18Hz.
