摘  要:临床医学教师培养是医学教育培训工作中的重要环节。加强医学教师的综合素质和临床决策能力,通过整合不同学科的知识和技能,跨学科合作,在提升培训质量方面具有重要的意义。厦门医学院附属第二医院重症医学科开展以多学科协作团队(MDT)教学、实践为主的“临床化、小组化、专业化”医学教师培训项目,其不同于以授课为主的传统培训方式,而是将多学科讨论、分层分级、专业对口、案例分析、高级督导、批判性反思等最新的师资培训理念和方法进行贯通融汇,对医学教师的临床思维和教学能力实现了有效的提升,可取得多方面的有效成果。The cultivation of clinical medicine teachers was the important part of training work for medical education.The strengthening the comprehensive quality and clinical decision-making ability of medical teachers,interdisciplinary cooperation and integrating knowledge and skills from different disciplines played great significance for improving the quality of training.The Intensive Care Medicine Department of Xiamen Medical College Affiliated Second Hospital carried out a"clinicalization,groupization and professionalization"medical teacher training program emphasizing multidisciplinary team(MDT)teaching and practice,and the program changed the previous training method mainly based on lectures,and always incorporated the latest teacher training concepts and methods such as interdisciplinary discussions,hierarchical grading,professional alignment,case analysis,advanced supervision and critical reflection,and it effectively enhanced the clinical thinking and teaching abilities of medical teachers,can obtain various effective results.
