摘 要:当前,推动中高职一体化发展,构建贯通式职业教育体系,成为我国职业教育改革的一大重要方向。奥地利高等职业学校作为国际公认的中高职一体化人才培养的典范,将五年制中高职教育内容深度整合,赋予学生就业和升学的双重资格,实现了人才的高质量培养。源于多方需求的教育设计、包容性的教育入口、融通式的教育过程、开放性的教育出口,不仅为不同群体提供了接受高质量教育的教育机会,也为他们的高质量发展铺垫了道路。未来,我国的中高职一体化在功能完善和体系设计上需进一步优化,包括创新学校模式为主体的职教体系、在教育入口端设置包容但需达标的准入门槛、在教育过程端优化职普一体和融合的教学、在教育出口端创设有吸引力的发展前景。At present,promoting the integrated development of secondary and higher vocational education and building a coherent vocational education system has become an important direction of vocational education reform in China.The Austrian VET colleges,as an internationally recognized model for the integration of secondary and higher vocational education,have achieved a deepening of high quality training by comprehensively integrating the education content within five years and granting students double qualifications for employment and further education.The unified education design,inclusive education entrance,transdisciplinary education process,and open education exits,originate from diverse needs,and not only provide highquality education opportunities to different groups,but also pave the way for their high quality development.In the future,the integration of secondary and higher vocational education in China can be further optimized in terms of function improvement and system design,including the innovation of vocational education system based on the school model,the setting of an inclusive but standardized entry thresholds,the optimization of integrated teaching in the education process,and the creation of attractive development prospects at the education exit stage.
