广州某社区人群循环奇数碳饱和脂肪酸构成与膳食奶制品摄入频率的关联性分析

摘  要:目的了解社区人群膳食奶制品摄入频率与循环奇数碳饱和脂肪酸(OCFAs)的相关性。方法于2018年9月—2019年9月在广州市黄石街社区卫生服务中心招募符合条件的726名志愿者作为研究对象,采用面对面调查的方式收集对象一般情况、膳食情况;进行身体测量并采集12 h空腹静脉血用于检测红细胞膜奇数碳饱和脂肪酸。结果社区30~69岁人群牛奶、奶粉、酸奶摄入频率低于1次/周者分别占总人群的55.6%、85%及75.8%,≥4次/周者占比分别为20.8%、7.3%和6.4%;牛奶、奶粉和酸奶的平均摄入量分别为71.4 ml/d、8.6 g/d和21.4 g/d;偏相关分析显示校正了社会人口学和膳食混杂因素后,牛奶的摄入频率与红细胞膜OCFAs、PA、HA均呈相关,r分别为0.314、0.423和0.123(P<0.05),奶粉的摄入频率与PA呈正相关(r=0.155,P<0.05),酸奶与OCFAs及其组分均不相关;牛奶和奶粉的摄入量与PA(r=0.674、0.569)及总OCFAs(r=0.481、0.509)呈中等强度正相关,与HA呈弱相关(r=0.123、0.187);酸奶与OCFAs、PA及HA均无相关关系。结论该社区30~69岁人群奶制品摄入频率普遍偏低;增加牛奶和奶粉的摄入有利于提高人群红细胞膜OCFAs及其组分的构成。Objective To investigate the relationship between dairy food intake frequency and circulation odds-chain fatty acids(OCFAs)among community population.Methods Seven hundred and twenty-six volunteers were recruited as study objects from Huangshi Street Community Healthcare Center of Guangzhou from September,2018 to September,2019.The general situation and diet of the subjects were collected by face-to-face investigation.The 12 hour fasting venous blood were collected to detect the odds-chain saturated fatty acids composition of erythrocyte membrane.Results Among the community population aged from 30 to 69 years old,the intake frequency of milk,milk powder and yogurt less than one time a week accounted for 55.6%,85%and 75.8%of the total population,respectively.And for those more than 4 times a week the ratio were 20.8%,7.3%and 6.4%,respectively.The average intake of milk,milk powder and yogurt was 71.4 ml/d,8.6 g/d and 21.4 g/d,respectively.Partial correlation analysis showed that,after adjusting for sociodemographic and dietary confounding factors,the frequency of milk intake was correlated with erythrocyte membrane OCFAs,PA and HA,with r=0.314,0.423 and 0.123,respectively(P<0.05).The frequency of milk powder intake was positively correlated with PA(r=0.155,P<0.05).There was no correlation between yogurt intake and OCFAs and its components.The intake of milk and milk powder was moderately positively correlated with PA(r=0.674,0.569)and total OCFAs(r=0.481,0.509),and weakly correlated with HA(r=0.123,0.187).There was no correlation between yogurt intake and OCFAs,PA and HA.Conclusions In the community,dietary intake of dairy products among people aged 30-69 is low.Increasing milk and milk powderconsumption can enhance the composition of OCFAs and theircomponents in erythrocyte membranes.
