摘　　要：有一年春节将临,我应《三联生活周刊》约稿,为他们的《年味美食》专刊写过一篇《三小姐的厨房》。那本加厚的年味大刊展示了全国各地的各种美食,看得人止不住地口水长流。Yongchang Stinky Tofu,an intangible cultural heritage project from Yongchang Town in Fuyang District,has been preserved for over a century and passed down through four generations of the Huang family.It embodies the essence of wisdom,dedication and toil-qualities that have ensured its authentic taste remains unchanged through hundreds of years.
