摘　　要：群体性是女生欺凌的显著特征。蜂式结构的女生小群体的形成,为女生群体性欺凌的发生提供了结构性条件和情感基础;排外是小群体确立边界、树立权威、维系情感、加强认同的重要手段,女生小群体排外性的欺凌动机有三类:嫉妒、仇视对“女王蜂”权威或形象产生威胁的女生,记恨、报复对群体成员利益有损害的女生,挑衅、欺压弱势的女生以树立群体权威。在欺凌形式上,群体性欺凌具有表演性的特征,具体表现为仪式性欺凌和竞争性欺凌两类;从结果来看,群体动力引发了欺凌结果的恶性化和伤害的全面化。构建防治女生群体性欺凌的措施,包括关心关注女生群体、帮助女生小群体建立健康良性发展的互动机制、强化外力介入以助力受欺凌者、建设“友善校园”等方面。Group characteristics is a prominent feature of girl bullying.The formation of a queen bee structured girl groups provides the structural conditions and emotional foundation.Exclusion serves as a crucial means for girl groups to establish boundaries and authority,maintain emotional bonds,and strengthen identity.There are three motivations of exclusion:envying the girls who threaten the authority or image of the"queen bees",revenging against the girls who harm the interests of group members,and provoking the vulnerable victims to establish the group authority.In the forms of group bullying,it shows the performative features,including ritualistic bullying and competitive bullying.From the perspective of outcomes,group dynamics contribute to the escalation of bullying severity and the comprehensive nature of harm inflicted.The research gives some measures to prevent group bullying among girls,including caring for girl groups,helping them establish a sound interaction mechanism,strengthening external intervention to support the victims,and building the friendly campus.
