摘 要:在城市轨道交通弓网系统关键动力学问题的研究中,车体振动及线路条件对弓网系统受流性能有重要影响。为此,文章基于有限元理论建立刚性接触网有限元模型,基于多体动力学理论和有限元仿真技术建立受电弓、车辆-轨道系统多刚体模型,并在此基础上搭建完整的车-弓-网耦合动力学模型,研究车体振动对不同运行速度下刚性接触网-受电弓系统受流性能的影响,并对不同线路状态下车-弓-网系统受流性能进行研究分析。结果表明:在刚性接触网条件下,当列车运行速度较低时,由轨道激励引起的车体振动对弓网系统动力学性能产生一定的影响;而当列车运行速度较高时,车体振动对弓网系统动力学性能的影响更加明显,在仿真计算中不可忽略。线路条件对弓网系统受流质量的影响显著,尤其是列车运行速度较低时,恶劣的线路条件对弓网系统动力学性能的影响更为明显。In the study of key dynamics of urban rail transit pantograph-catenary system,car body vibration and line conditions have important effects on the flow performance of the pantograph-catenary system.Therefore,the rigid catenary finite element model is established based on the finite element theory,and the multi-rigid body models of pantograph and vehicle-track system are established based on the multi-body dynamics theory and finite element simulation technology.On this basis,a complete vehicle-pantograph-catenary coupling dynamic model is built to study the influence of car body vibration on the flow performance of rigid catenary-pantograph system at different running speeds,and the flow performance of the vehicle-pantograph-catenary system at different line states.The results show that:under the condition of rigid catenary,when the train running speed is low,the vehicle vibration caused by track excitation has a certain impact on the dynamic performance of the pantograph-catenary system,while when the train running speed is high,the vehicle vibration has a more obvious impact on the dynamic performance of the pantograph-catenary system.It can not be ignored in simulation calculation.Line conditions have a significant impact on the current collection quality of the pantograph-catenary system.Especially when the train running speed is low,the influence of bad line conditions on the dynamic performance of the pantograph-catenary system is more obvious.
