摘  要:军民融合背景下,随着军民两用技术的融合度和通用性的提升,军地企业的技术技能人才可以互通互用。以扎根理论为基础对30名军工大国工匠和40名地方大国工匠进行对比分析,提取了“军魂”“匠心”“精技”“赋能”四个维度八个核心素质。根据大国工匠成长经历的共性分析,在军地工匠通用素质的引导下,高等职业教育应开展基于军地贯通的人才培养模式,注重通用素质的培养,重构人才培养目标;搭建军地校企联合育人平台,重难险要项目贯穿其中,深化军民融合特色的职业教育育人成效。In the context of civil-military integration,the increasing convergence and universality of dual-use technologies enable technical talent mobility between military and civilian enterprises.Based on the grounded theory,this study conducts a comparative analysis of 30 military-industrial and 40 civilian master craftsmen,identifying eight core competencies across four dimensions:“military ethos”“craftsmanship spirit”“technical excellence”and“empowerment capability”.Analyzing common growth trajectories of master craftsmen,this research proposes that vocational education should adopt an integrated military-civilian talent cultivation model guided by these competencies.Key recommendations include reconstructing educational objectives to emphasize universal competencies,establishing collaborative military-civilian industry-education platforms,and embedding critical,challenging,and mission-driven projects to enhance the effectiveness of civil-military integrated vocational education.
