柔性电子纸制作工艺与产业化研究

摘　　要：为解决电子纸易破损弯折的问题,提出柔性电子纸制作工艺,探讨固态法和液态法制备柔性电子纸的具体工艺步骤,比较了不同制作工艺之间的差异,还分析了柔性电子纸在产业化过程中遇到的技术、成本、市场接受度及竞争压力等方面的挑战,给出了柔性电子纸产业化的建议与措施。To address the issue of electronic paper being prone to damage and bending,the flexible e-Paper manufacturing process has been proposed.This paper explores the specific process steps and their advantages and disadvantages of preparing flexible e-Paper using solid-state and liquid-state methods,compares the differences between various manufacturing process,and analyzes the challenges encountered in the industrialization of flexible e-Paper,including technical,cost,market acceptance,and competitive pressure aspects.Additionally,recommendations and measures for the industrialization of flexible e-Paper are provided.
