摘 要:“医美”是一个当代人类社会文化的“热词”,它既带有魔术般的科幻色彩,又尽显资本运作唯利是图的丑态。而通过对“医”字古义的还原,对“身体美学”“医美”等特定术语的分析,对医美之艺术呈像的摹写,对当代医美实况及其批判文本的回溯,可指明医美为什么是一个身体美学的“瑕疵”。一方面,医美是一种被客体化的“身体形象”——其美学诉求不包含身体主体的话语结构;另一方面,这一话语结构并非全是负面的异化产物,在人类文明向后人类文明转换的“当口”,医美有可能成为一条在基于塑造身体的欲望上想象人类未来发展极限的路径。"Cosmetic medicine"is a buzzword in contemporary human social culture.It is imbued with a magical,scifi allure while simultaneously exposing the ugly reality of profit-driven capital operations.This paper,through the restoration of the ancient meaning of the character"医(medicine)",the analysis of specific terms such as"somaesthetics"and"cosmetic medicine,"the depiction of the artistic representations of cosmetic medicine,and the review of contemporary practices and critical texts on cosmetic medicine,points out why cosmetic medicine is a"flaw"in somaesthetics.This paper points out that,on one hand,cosmetic medicine represents an objectified"body image"—its aesthetic pursuit excludes the discourse structure of the body-as-subject.On the other hand,this discourse structure is not solely a product of negative alienation;at the juncture where human civilization transitions toward posthuman civilization,cosmetic medicine could potentially become a path based on the desire to shape the body and the imagination of the ultimate limits of human development.
