摘　　要：文明和文化是人类社会演进、发展中的表征行为和实践过程。中华文明传播有着悠久的历史,并在多元一体的民族国家形成、演化过程中,发挥重要的稳定和指引作用。新时代中华文明传播,面临全新的经济社会语境和话语构建逻辑。传播的世界化、社交化及现代化改写了文明话语的生产—接受机制,并重置了文明传播的固有价值表达及修辞策略。新时代中华文明传播是以本土语言为基底的一项带有战略性的话语实践,蕴含着自身的文化意涵和精神质素;文明传播的内容来自一整套政治文化制度、社会关系结构,同时凝聚成规范化、稳定性的公共道德秩序和国家治理方略;现代文明话语的语用转向,进一步强化了文明传播话语的语境化再生产。无论从纷繁复杂的国际政治态势,还是从自身文明和社会演进关系看,中华文明传播既需要话语的重新选择和精神价值重构,又需要在全球文明史的书写中,以对话、竞争甚至博弈的方式,实现多元、平等和互惠的交流互鉴,建立富有包容性和政治想象力的文明话语实践体系。The dissemination of Chinese civilization has a long-standing history and has played a stabilizing and guiding role in the formation and evolution of a multi-ethnic nation-state.In the new era,the dissemination of Chinese civilization faces novel economic and social contexts,as well as an evolving logic of discourse construction.The globalization,socialization,and modernization of communication have redefined the mechanisms of discourse production and reception,reshaping the intrinsic value expressions and rhetorical strategies of civilizational dissemination.In this context,the dissemination of Chinese civilization is a strategic discursive practice grounded in the native language,imbued with its cultural connotations and spiritual essence.Its content derives from a comprehensive system of political and cultural institutions,social relational structures,and a codified and stable public moral order as well as governance strategies.The pragmatic shift in modern civilizational discourse further strengthens the contextual reproduction of such narratives.Amid the complexities of international political dynamics and the interplay between its civilization and social evolution,the dissemination of Chinese civilization requires both a reconfiguration of discourse and a reconstruction of spiritual values.Simultaneously,it necessitates dialogue,competition,and even strategic negotiation within the broader narrative of global civilizational history to achieve pluralistic,equitable,and reciprocal exchanges.This effort aims to establish a discursive system of civilizational practice characterized by inclusiveness and political imagination.
