摘  要:选择华北北部高大平房仓作为实验仓,开展内环流控温保水通风模式研究,升级内环流控温储粮技术,探索“三北”地区的保质减损储粮技术,为储粮减损保质提供参考。结果表明:在经过湿膜的等焓加湿,仓湿控制在40%~65%,最高粮温始终处于25℃以下,并缩小粮堆各层温差,最高仓温为19.5℃,比对照仓低5.2℃,实验仓与对照仓均达到准低温储粮。实验仓整仓水分质量分数增加了0.51%,且粮堆中间二至五层水分增加较少,上层与底层水分增加较多,缩小了各层之间的水分差距,减少了损耗,实验后粮堆各层水分均在安全水分以内且相对均匀。The large size horizontal warehouse in the north of North China was selected as the experimental warehouse to carry out research on the internal circulation temperature control and moisture retention ventilation mode,upgrade the internal circulation temperature control grain storage technology,and explore the quality and loss reduction grain storage technology in“Northeast,North and Northwest China”,providing a reference for grain storage loss reduction and quality assurance.The results indicated that after isenthalpic humidification with wet film,the warehouse humidity was controlled at 40%to 65%,the maximum grain temperature was always below 25℃,and the temperature difference between each layer of the grain pile was reduced.The maximum warehouse temperature was 19.5℃,5.2℃lower than that in the control warehouse.Both the experimental warehouse and the control warehouse reached the quasi-low temperature grain storage.The moisture mass fraction of the entire warehouse in the experimental warehouse increased by 0.51%,and the moisture content in the middle two to five layers of the grain pile increased less,while the moisture content in the upper and lower layers increased more,narrowing the moisture gap between each layer and reducing losses.After the experiment,the moisture content in each layer of the grain pile was within the safe moisture range and relatively uniform.
