摘　　要：文章探讨了虚拟仿真技术在护理技能教学中的应用。虚拟仿真技术通过模拟真实的护理场景,为学生提供了高效、安全且可控的技能训练与评估工具。它能够优化教学过程,提供精准的技能评估和个性化学习路径。该技术的应用能够提升学生的操作技能、应变能力和实践经验,同时有效保障教学质量和效果。通过数据驱动的评估和持续优化策略,虚拟仿真技术在护理技能教学中展现出强大的提升作用,为护理教育的创新发展提供了有力支持。The paper discusses the application of virtual simulation technology in nursing skills teaching.Virtual simulation technology provides students with efficient,safe and controllable skill training and assessment tools by simulating real nursing scenes.It can optimize the teaching process and provide accurate skill assessment and personalized learning paths.The application of this technology can enhance students’operational skills,resilience and practical experience,while effectively guaranteeing the quality and effectiveness of teaching.Through data-driven assessment and continuous optimization strategies,virtual simulation technology demonstrates a powerful enhancement in nursing skills teaching and provides strong support for the innovative development of nursing education.
